RETURNS OF DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
At the customer’s option, a refund will be issued for items purchased from 180degreesLtd.com that are defective (this includes items recalled by the manufacturer). If the customer opts for a refund, the refund will be made using the same credit card as the original purchase. The discretion of 180degrees shall be final in determining whether the merchandise is “defective”. Product packaging is designed to protect the contents. Refunds or credits will not be issued for items with minor cosmetic blemishes that happen during shipping, such as dented box corners or scuffed labels. If products are purchased elsewhere (amazon.com, outside retailers), customers must address returns directly with that specific retailer.
